Designed by K5 Designs, the project follows Broch Builders’ repeatable multifamily model—optimized for constructability, rental performance, and long-term durability. The building totals approximately 7,000 sq. ft. and features 20 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, and 8 kitchens, providing a balanced unit mix tailored for modern urban living.

Construction is well underway, with a targeted completion date of April 15, 2026. From initial stake to possession-ready delivery, Project 2021 is scheduled for a total 132-day build timeline, reflecting Broch Builders’ focus on tight sequencing, coordinated trade flow, and direct site oversight.
